Accessibility

The venue does offer use of simulators to the lower floor only for wheelchair users. Our team will help all visitors who require assistance to get the most out of their experience, including flying in the flight simulators.

Annual maintenance

The venue closes once a year for maintenance. That is usually on the second week of March. We will announce the dates for 2021 here soon.

Please read before booking

All visitors must have an entrance ticket to the Norwich Aviation Experience.

Flight simulator sessions are not part of the entrance ticket. One or two entrance tickets are included, so additional friends joining you will need to purchase their entrance tickets.

The price for the Simulator Experience is per simulator NOT per person.

Flight simulator sessions can be shared by up to 2 adults in your group. Your session is not shared with other customers.

If you arrive late for your simulator experience, we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee that a session will be available.

You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance within the next 3 months. For weekend bookings you need to notify us of any changes by 3pm on the previous Friday.

Payments are non-refundable.

Age limit

All ages are welcome for general entry at the Norwich Aviation Experience. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For flight simulator sessions, the minimum age is 9 yrs.

We highly recommend booking your Simulator Experience in advance, especially for weekends. Availability on the day cannot be guaranteed.
